Over the weekend was bridal designer Anne Bowen’s runway show. I was able to spend some time helping her design the collection and prepare for the show. Entitled “Metropolis”, the collection was a reflection of New York and all of its personalities; there was something in it for every bride.
Here are some photos of the backstage action:
- One of the designers making a last minute belt for the cashmere knit lace gown called Janis.
- The models of the ultra-modern Tribeca group goofing around in lineup just before the show starts.
- Me with one of the models in one of my favorite pieces in the collection. The dress is called Argent and it has real silver leaf panted on organza with tons of tulle draped over the skirt.
